Whereas, The West Minnehaha Play-
ground was burglarized and a large
amount of playground equipment was
stolen, and
Whereas, A portion of this equipment
amounting to $195.80 belonged= to the
West Minnehaha Booster Club, and

WHEREAS, The Ramsey County Probation Department has collected the
sum of $441.78 from the vandals, which sum has been turned over to the
Department of Parks and Recreation and Public Buil ings, now therefore
be it
RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of St. Paul, that the Commissioner
of the Department of Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings be hereby
authorized to pay out of Fund, Repairs & Renewals, '18B 4, the sum of
$195. 80 to the Treasurer of the West Minnehaha Booster Club.
