quent taxes and assessments for the

WHEREAS, Paul A. Spreigl has made application to the
Commissioner of Taxation for relief relative to delinquent
taxes and assessments for the year of 1958 on the follow-
ing described property, to Wits Lot 28, Lane Hoopes
Addition; and
WHMM, the delinquency for Real Estate taxes,
assessments, and penalty and interest costs totals tha sum
of $563.28, and the applicant offers to pay in full settle-
ment thereof the sum of $511.16; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of St. Paul hereby
approves said offer of settlement; provided, however,f that the
interest and penalty cost of $52.12 shall be first deducted
from the total payment of $563.28.
