sary to make Surveys, Prepare Plans and Specifications
and perform all incidental preliminary engineering
services prior-to the award of a construction_ contract,

RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Public W6rks be and
he is hereby authorized to charge the costs for the
above stated work in an estimated amount of $25.,000-00
to the Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund, Code 3001,
Local Improvement No. 61371 previously established by
Council File 193660, approved August 19, 1959., to cover
only the.,�cost of Soil -test Borings, which-Fund is to
be reimbursed from Bond Fund 200 St -29.
