RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and
services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the wrecking of building
and removal of miscellaneous concrete and debris located.at 287 - 289 - 291 and
293 Cliff Street, described as Block 4,, Winslo**s Addition, St. Paul, Minnesota
to ALL STATE IMPROVING COMPANY in accordance with City specifications therefor
her6to attached and the Informal.Bid #1372 of said All State Improving Company,
City to pay Contractor $1279.00, such bid being the lowest and said All State
Improving Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation
Counsel be and-hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract
therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said
contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
