FILE COUNCIL NO.
RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and
services necessary for or reasonably incidental to the wrecking of dwelling
and removal of fence, miscellaneous concrete and debris located at 745 Otto
Avenue, described as Lot 20, Block 2, Riverside Addition, Saint Paul, Minnesota,
to ALL STATE,IMPROVING COMPANY in accordance with City specifications therefor
hereto attached and the Informal Bid #J1377 of said All State Improving Company,
City to pay Contractor $477.00, such bid being the lowest and said All State
Improving Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation
Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract
therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said
