Resolved that permission be and is hereby granted to the Northwestern Bell
Telephone Company to make necessary excavation, lay underground conduit and
cable with necessary manholes and lateral pipes connecting the intersecting
streets and alleys.
On the north side of Shields Avenue from Fairview Avenue to Wheeler Street
approximately 24 feet south of the north property line of Shields Avenue.
Work to be done under the, direction of the Conmlissioner of Public Works.
The Telephone Company to pay for the cost of publication incident hereto.
