Whereas, The Commissioner of Parks
& Recreation and Public Buildings has
recommended the leasing of the privi-
lege of operating a souvenir stand in
Como Park to John E. O'Hara. 1911
WEREAS, The Commissioner of Parks & Recreation and Public Buildings
has recommended the leasing of the privilege of operating a souvenir stand
in Como Park to John E. OtHara, 1911 Ashland Avenue, for the park season of
19.60, said lessee to pay $500.00 for said privilege, payable $100.00 July 1,
19605 $200.00 August 1, 1960, and $200.00 September 1, 1960, and such lease
of privilege to be conditioned that the lessee shall not hawk or peddle any
merchandise in said park, and further provided that such stand shall be
situated at a location approved by the Department of Parks & Recreation and
Public Buildings; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council concurs in the recommendation of the
Commissioner of Parks & RecreatiN Public Buildings, and the Corporation
Counsel is hereby authorized and directed to draw the proper lease therefor,
and the proper City officers are authorized to execute the same on behalf
of the City of Saint Paul. c
