RESOLVED, That out of the'Workmen's Compensation Account
of the General Fund, weekly compensation of $45.00 be paid Lewis R.
Gurney while he is totally disabled by reason of injuries he received
on March 24, 1960, while employed by the Department of Public Safety,
and that $45.00 in final settlement, to and including April 8, 1960,
is now payable.
