Dunla.p Pl.a,ce Addition to ,the City of St. Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota., ],ying northerly
of a line described as follows: Beginning on and measured. on the westerly line of and
15 feet southerly from the Northwest corner of said Lot l; thence southeasterl.y on a
straight line to a poittt on attd measured on the easterly litte of said Lots 1 and 2 and
25 feet southerly from the Northeast corner of said Lot l� except the areas therein.
occupied by buildings, said temporary easement to expire Ju1y l, 1g63.
under Preliminary Order 20��37 Approved October 5, �961.
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolvea: •
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is to condemn and ta.ke a
temporary easement for the purpose of constructing a bridge for the Short Line Road� on
those parts of Lots 1 and 2, Block 2,M Dunlap P].e,ce Addition to the City of St. Paul,
Ramsey County, Minnesota,,'lying northerly of ���line described"as fo]1ows: Beginning on
an.d measured on. the•westerly line of and 15 feet southerly from the Northwest corner af
said Lot 1; thence. southeasterly on a straight line to a point on a.nd measured on the '
easterly line of said Lots 1 and 2 a.nd 25 feet southerly from the Northeast corner of

'Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on thp 28th day of
November� �g61 , at the hour of XO dclock A. M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
Iiouse and City Iiall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commisaioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hea.ring, the nature of the improvement a.nd the total cost thereof aa estimated.
