INTERMEDIARY ORDER
In the Matter of reconstructing the sidewalks on the Galtier School property within
the limits described below tiounded by Hamline Ave., Edmund Ave., Syndicate St., and
Charles Ave.
under Preliminary Order 20��56 Approve���ber 6, 1961
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said� report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, a.nd the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is to reconstruct the
sidewalks on the Galtier School property within the limits described below bounded by �

Hamline Ave., Edmund Ave., Syndicate St., and Charles Ave, except where good. and
sufficient sidewalks now exist
with no alternatives, and that the eatimated cost thereof is $ •52 per sq. ft. for �+" motto.conc.walk.

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on thP 28t� day of cost.)
November, 1961 , at the hour of 10 dclock A. M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commisaioner of Finance give notice of -
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, atating the time and place of
hea,ring, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
