The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of tr����,ommi3��o��r of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolvea:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, a.nd the said improvement �
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is to reconstruct the
sidewalk at the Sibley School on the west side of Frank St. from Margaret St. to
Beech St. to include a11 incidental work on the school property, except where good
and sufficiant sidewalks now exist

with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ •52 ner sq. ft. for 1��� mono.conc.walk.

Resolved Further, That a public�hearing be had on said improvement on thP 28� day of
November, 1961 , at the hour of 10 dclock A. M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commisaioner of �nance give notice of
sa.id meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, atating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement a.nd the total cost thereof as eatimated.
