Opening, widening and extending a �ul-de-sac for the alley in Block 1, Netson ,
. Park, St. Paul , Minnesota, by condemning and taking the south 20. ft. of the'west
' 20 ft. of the east 30 ft. of that part o� vacated Rogers St. lying adjacent and
north of the north line of said atley extended westerly and �the north 20 ft. of
the west 20 ft. of the east 30 ft. of that part of vacated Rogers St. lying ad-
jacent and south of the south line of said alley extended westerly and in addition
thereto where the proposed 20 ft. strip intersects the existing alley, two tri-
angular pieces of land, easterly of and adjacent to said 20 ft. strip measured
