RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee therefor
and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor� materials� skills and facilities,
light, power and other apparatus necessary for the complete construction of the West
Side Pumping Station for the City of St. Paul Water Department, to be located on Lots 14,
15 and 16, Block 111� on the west side of State Street, north of Elizabeth Street,
St. Paul, Minnesota, to PERRY A•SWENSON OOMPANY in accordance with City plans and
specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #8507 of said Perry A. Swenson
Company, for the con'tract price of $183,979.00� such bid being the ].oweat and said
Perry A. Sw�enson Corapany being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation

Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor and
the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said .contract on behalf of
the City of Saint Paul.
