Rial� s Bar, Inc. , and John L. Rial and Lois Rial, ,
individually, Purchasers; an Inventory of salable •
merchandise, furniture,- fixtures and equipment, used ��
in connection with said business; a Promissory Note .
for �20,000.00 from the Purchasrs to Warren A. Montpetit ;
and an Assignment of said Sale Agreement and Note by
Warren A. Montpetit to Marie McArdell and Ethel McArdell
for the sum of �16,9g1.2�.; whi:ch sum represents the unpaid
balance due Marie McArdell and Ethel McMardell from Warren
A. Montpetit on that certain Contract between Warren A.
Montpetit and Alfred McArdell, Deceased; "a certified
copy of the Decree of Dist ribution in the Estate of Alfred�
