WHEREAS, It has been deemed advisable and necess�ary for the
City of Saint Paul to participate in the cost of providing storm
drainage for Trunk Highway No. 94, located within the limits of
said municipality, and
WHEREAS, Said storm sewer construction projec.t has beera _
approved by the Department of Highways and a poftion of said ,
project has been identified in its records as an essential part
of S.P. 6282-42.
' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED; That we do hereby appropriate
from our Munlcipal State-Aid Street Funds the sum of 379,207.82
dollars to apply toward the construction of said project and
, request the Commissioner of Highways to approve this authorization.
