A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the Council
having heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered
the same; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of St. Paul that the precise nature, extent and lflnd of im-
provement to be made by the said City is. to conatruQt new sidewalk on the east side of
Fra.nk St. from I�racinth Ave. north to the alley approximately 121 ft. abutting the
property lmown as 1121 E. $yacinth Ave.

The Corrani.ssioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the pre-
liminary order of the Council� lmown as Council File No. 203120
approved Jul.y 19th. 19 61 relative to constructing new sidewalk on
the east side of Frank 8t. from Hyacinth Ave. north to the alley approximately 121 ft.
abutting the property lmown as 1121 �. Hyacinth Ave.
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $0.52 per sq. ft. for mono. conc. walk 1��� thick.
Fxtra work(excav., fill, conc. rem�d, root cutting, drive crossings,etc.)at extra cost.
