allowed under Contract G 2515 between the City of Saint Paul
and Schumann Brothers, said contract for Painting at the
Lake Como Greenhouse, Saint Paul, Minnesota, and said extra
to ,cover cleaning and painting the exterior of the north and
south ends of the greenhouse and the concrete area below �
- - the vestibule and greenhouse, this work having been request- �
ed by the Commissioner of Parks And Recreation And Public
Buildings, and agreement made with the contractor, and a
memorandum of said agreement having been filed with the
