RESOLVED, That the said� assessmen�t be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 22nd
� daq of November, 1961 , at the hour of 10 a'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House a,nd City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetin:gs, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time a,nd place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the natice is directed.
