RESOLVED FURTHER,, That a public hearing be had on sa.id assessment on the 22nd
day of November, 1961 , at the hour of 10 a'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House a.nd City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Cammissioner of Fina,nce
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in sa.id notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the natice is directed. •�;�.,
