� COUNCIL RESOLUTION—GENERAL FORM .

WHEREAS , the City of Saint Faul has entered a lease agree-
ment with Victor L. Fink, William W. Fink and Allan K. Ruvelson,
dba V and W Parking Stations and Associates, f or the purpose of
� maintaining a parking lot in an area bounded by Wabasha �treet,
Twelfth Street, Cedar Stieet and College Avenue, and said lease
� having expired as of September 30, 1961; and
_ WHEREAS , the premises involved will be within the East-
West Freeway which will be acquired by the State of Minnesota
when needed; and
- IN�iEREAS, the premises involved produce revenue� in the sum
of $438 per month, be it - � �
RESOLVED, That the proper City officers are Hereby authorized
and directed to exterid the aforementioned lease on a month-to-month
' basis , and the Bureau of Valuations is hereby authorized and directed
to continue accepting rental payments until said lease is terminated.
