' RESOLVED, That the office of the Bureau of Valuations
is- hereby authorized and directed to accept payments tendered by
the R and W Realty Co. and J. R. Wal=ker � Sons, Inc. concerning
Blocks 1 and 2, South Battle Creek Heights ; and be'it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Corporation Counsel is hereby
= authorized to prepare the necessary Notices of Cancellation
as to Blocks 3 and 4, South Battle Creek Heights, to be executed
• by the Mayor, and he � hereby is authorized to execute the same.
