Dear Sir:
Contract No. G 2532 was awarded to Birch Lake Nurseries, Inc.
for Landscape �lanting at Highland Park, Como Park, and
Phalen Park Golf Courses, St. Paul, Minnesota.
During the course of the work under this contract, it was
found desirable to do additional planting at Como Park Golf •
Course and negotiations have been conducted with the con-
tractor who agrees to plant
7 Green Ash 2-ti" caliper
2 American Linden 2-ti" "
4 Laurel Leaf Willow 2-Z" "
for an extra of $145.50, which is a reasonable amount for the �
labor and material involved.

It is therefore requested that a resolution be submitted to� �\
the Council authorizing this extra in the amount of $145.50. �
