� RESOLVED FUR.TH�A, That a public hearing be h�d on said assessment on the 15th
day of �ovember�].961 , at the hour of 10 a'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of �
the Court House a.nd City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Ca�mmissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the tota,l cost thereo�, and the amount asaessed against the
lot or lots of the paxticular owner to whom the natice is directed.
