The legal description is Lots l, 2� 4, 5� 6, Block 1, Highview Addition and the zoning is� '°A'" residence. These lots are presently vacant and will be developed for single-family xesidential use. Because of the varying depths of the lots� the required �`�~~ building line varies from 22 to 53 feet. The applicant desires to estab- lish a 25 foot building line for the above described lots. Because of • the topography, it is not feasible to maintain the required set back for these lots as required under Chapter 62 of the Zoning Code. The sur- rounding area uses are vacant property and single-family residences. The Board of Zoning considered this matter at their meeting on September 21 and recommend the approval of the 25 foot building line for Lots 4� 5t � 6. However, they recommend the denial of a 25 foot building line for Lots 1 and 2 with the recommendation that a 40 foot building line be established for these two lots.
