RESOLVED, That the said� assessmen�t be a.nd the same is hereby in all respects approved.
R,ESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the $th
daq of PTov�ember? 1961 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Ghamber of
the Court House a.nd City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Cammissioner of FSnance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time a.nd place of
heaxing, the na,ture of the improvement, the tota.l cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particulax owner to whom the natice ia directed.
