RESOLVED, That th'e Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials,
equipment and services necessary for or reasonably incidental to the installation
of garage exhaust system at Public Safety Garage, 1441 Rice Street, St. Paul,
Minnesota to ACME HEATING SHEET METAL & ROOFING COMPANY in accordance with City
plan and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid ��8511 of
said Acme Heating Sheet Metal & Roofing Company tor the contract price of
$1,986.00, s�ucli bid being the lowest and said Acme Heating Sheet Metal & Roofing
Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be
and hereby is directed to draw up the;�.proper form of contract therefor, and the
proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf
