In the matter of grading and surfacing with bituminous material (to a width
of 20 feet) the East and West atley in Block 8, Ctarke's Addition and Walton's
Rearrangement No. 2, from Victoria St. to the North and South alley under Pre•-
liminary Order 200762, appi'oved February 9, 1961, and Final Order No. 202935,
approved July 11 , 1961 .
RESOLUED, That the plans and specifications as submitted for the above
named improvement be and the same are hereby approved and the Commissioner
of Public Works be and he is hereby directed to do the work at an estimated
cost of $2,360.00 by City forces and that the Purchasing Agent proceed to
secure the necessary materials, and be it '
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the cost of the above named improvement including
engineering and inspection expenses amounting to $236.00 or a total of
$2,596.00 be assessed against the benefited property.
