profile on file in the Department of Public Works, also grading and surfacing

from Sylvan St. to Park St. to the proposed change of grade under Preliminary '
Order 201232, approved March 16, 1961, and Final Order No. 202934, approved
. Juty 11 , 1961 .
RESOLVED, THat the plans and specifications as submitted for the above
named improvement be and the same are hereby approved and the Commissioner
of Public 4Jorks be and he is hereby directed to do the work at an estimated
cost of $3,383.00 by City forces and that the Purchasing Agent proceed to
secure the necessary materials, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the cost of the above named improvement including
engineering and inspection expenses amounting to $338.00 or a total of
$3,721 .00 be assessed against the benefited property.
