kind wha.tsoever on the right of wa.y of sa3.d Trunk Highway No. 392 renumbered �s Tri�nk
Highway No. 9�+ within the corporate limits of -Ghe aaid City o� St. Paul;
NO�, THEN.,,�HE IT RESOLVED, That said City o� St. Paul does hereby agree and covenant
that it will never permit,or sufPer, within its corporate 13mits, any encroachment of any
kind whatsoever,'' in.cludirig curb ga,s pu�ps and. gas stationa, biLlboaxds or other structures
of a�y kind whatsoever, upon the right oP way o� Trunk Highwa.y No. 392 renumbered as
Trunk Highway No. 9�+, and to the abo�ve eud said City o� St. Paul hereby a�ees that it
wi]1 never 3ssue aRy license, permit, or grant or give any leave or liberty or any other
consent of whatever form for the construction or maintenance of ar�r encroachment wha,tso-
ever, including curb gas pLmmps and gas stationa, billboards or other structures o� any
kind wha.tsoever, �xpon sa3d right of way; and that said City of St. Paul wI]1 cooperate
