RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Purchasing
Committee therefor, and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering to
the Department of Public Works, Bureau of Municipal Equipment, 891 North Dale Street,
Saint Paul, Minnesota, One 1962 International CO 202A, 30,000�� G.V.W. Tilt-Cab
Truck Chassis to INTERNATIONAL HARVESTER COMPANY in accordance with City specifications
therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid �8514 of said International Harvester
Company, at a contract price of $6,198.00, such bid being the lowest and said
International Harvester Company being a reasonable and� reliable bidder and the
Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract ,
therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said
contract on behalf of the City of S int Paul. '
