RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint � Paul, that the ,
proposed Agreement No. 53088 by and between the State af Minnesota
(Department of Highv�ays), therein designated. the "State" and the
City of St. Paul, Minnesota, acting by and through its Board of
Water Commissioners, therein designated the "Board� and by and
through its City Council, therein designated the "Council", among
other things, providing for said City's removal and relocation of
a 16=inch water main presently placed alon� MeRnight Road, and the
installation of a water gate valve at the intersection of Burns
Avenue and McKnight Road, substantially as shown on sketches
attached to said proposed Agreement, ma.rked Exhibit "A", �eets
1 to �- inclusive, within said City, neeessitated thereby��n connection
with the State ' s proposed construction of a traffic interchange at the
intersection of Trunk Highway No. 9� (old Trunk Highway No. 12) and
McKnight Road, within said City, as part of the National System of
Interstate and Defense Highways, in accordance with plans and
specifications therefor designated as State Pro�ect No. 6283 — 91�+5,
and in the records of the Federal Bureau of Public Roads as Minnesota
Pro�ect No. I 09�F-3 (61) 2�F2, and ,s�zb�ect to reimbursement on account
of its incurred expenses, as therein provided and restricted, be and
, said proposed Agreement No. 53088 hereby is in all things approved,
and the proper City officers hereby are authorized and directed to
execute�� the same in the name and in behalf of said City of Saint Paul.
