The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commiseioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolvea:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the sa,id improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is to reeonstruct the
sidewalk on both sides of Isabel 3t. from Winsloir Av�e: to f�hio Av�e., except where good
and au��icient side�ralk,a now exist

House and City Hall Building in the Citq of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of �nance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hea,ring, the nature of the improvement and the tota.l cost thereof as eatimated.
