Under date of August 21, 1961 a printed copy of Council
File No, 203544 was mailed to Nicholas Berlin, Maria
Theresa Berlin, and Anthony S. Berlin, 2200 South Redwood
Drive, Anaheim, California, which resolution directed the
wrecking and removal of the double house on the West 8..50
feet of Lot 26, All Lot 21, Whitacre, Brisbine � Mullens
Sub of Lots 1 and 2 of Leech' s Addition of Outlots to the
Town of Saint Paul, also known as 360-364 Ramsey Street,
Saint Paul, as published in the official paper.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing of
the condemnation proceedings and the structure has not been
removed. Please proceed with the candemnation action; whici 'r
will authorize the Commissioner of Parks And Recreation And
Public Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and
remove the structure thereon; and to do any and all things
therei.n necessary for the protection of life., limb, and adjpin-
ing property.
