of their cl�aim $ga3.nst the �ity .ariaing from dama,ge to their vehicle
while it �ras parked at the reax of the�artment building a.t 60L,.
� Oakdale, Weat Saint P�uI., Mi.nne�ota, on July 6� 1961, �and was struak
by a Citp vehi.cle driven by F.�rar�l. �ommer.
�ection 2. �aid sum shal.l be paid to said claimants upon
