A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the Council
having heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered
the same; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of St. Paul that the precise nature, extent and lflnd of im-
provement to be made by the said City is. to reconatruct the sidewalk on the east side of
Pascal St. from Como Ave, to Midway Pa,rkway and on the west side from Como Ave. to
Albany Ave.� also alley crossing in Blk. 5 of Iake Park Addition; construct new side-

and the Council hereby ordera said improvement to be made.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and
directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for
approval; that upon said approval, the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to pro-
ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.

The Co�ai.ssioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the pre-
1�minary order of the Council� known as Council �le No. 201862
approved Apr:il 28, 19 61 relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on
the east side of�Pascal S�. from Corrio Ave. to Midway Parkway and on the west s de
from Como Ave. to Atbany Ave., atso alley cr�ossing in Blk 5 of Lake Park Add., con-
struct�new sidewalk on the west side of Pascal St. from Almond Ave. to Midway Parkway. ,
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
' 1. The estimated cost thereof is $ 0.52 per sq. ft. for mono conc. walk 4"
thick. Extra work {excav., fill, conc. removed, root cutting, drive crossings, etc.)
at extra cost.
2. A plat}, profile or sketch of said improvement is hereto attached and made
a part hereof.
