A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the Council
having heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered
the same; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of St. Paul �hat the precise nature, extent and kind of im-
provement to be made by the said City ia to construct new sidewalk at the following residence
only: 1323 Sumner St.� Lot �+6� Block 3� Edgewood. Addition� on Sheridan Ave. from Sumn.er
St. to the west approximatel,y 13�+ ft.

and the Council hereby orders said improvement to be made.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and
directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for
approval; that upon said approval, the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to pro-
ceed with the malflng of said improvement in accordance therewith.

approved Jul4 19th. 19 61 relative to constructing new sidewalk at the
following residence on1Y: 1323 Sumner St. Lot 1�6, Blk 3, Ed�ewood Addition, on Sheridan
Ave. from Su�er St. to the west approximatel,y 13�t ft.

and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
l. The estimated cost thereof is $0.52 per sq. ft. for mono. conc. walk I�'F thick.
