A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the Council
having heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having�fully considered
the same; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of St. Paul that the precise nature, extent and l�nd of im-
, provement to be made by the said City ia to reconstruct the sidewalk on the west side of
Cretin Ave. from Eleanor Ave, to the north approximately 125 ft, abutting the property
lmown as 2181 Elea.nor Ave.� Lot 27� B1k. 3, St. Catherine Park �d Addition, except
where good and sufficient sidewalks now exist

and the Council hereby orders said improvement to be made.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public.Works be and is hereby instructed and
directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for
approval; that upon said approval, the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to pro-
ceed with the making of said is�r�ov�e�en��� accordance therewith.

The Coiranissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the pre-
liminary order of the Council� known as Council File No. 203122 �
approved J�y 19th. 19 61 relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on
the west side-of Cretin Ave. �om E1.eanor Ave. to the north approx�mately 125 ft.
abutting the property known as 2181 Eleaaar Ave. Lot 27, Blk 3, St. Catherine Park
2nfl. .Addition.
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
1. The esti.mated cost thereof is $ 0.52 per sq. ft. for mono. conc. walk !�" thick.
Extra work(excav., fill, conc. rem'd, root cutting, drive crossings,etc.)at extra cost.
2. A plan, profile or sketch of said improvement is hereto attached and made
a part hereof.
