RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for the Grading of Leone Avenue from White
Bear Avenue to Kennard Street; Louise Avenue from Flandrau Place to Kennard
Street; Kennard Street from Leone Avenue to Louise Avenue; Lyon Street from
Louise Avenue South to end of Cul-De-Sac; also construct the Leone-Kennard Sewer
System to ROBBRT W. MOORE in accordance with City plans and specifications
therefor liereto attached and the Formal Bid ��8510 of said Robert W. Moore for
. the eontract price of $37,669.00, plus $3,014.00 Engineering and plus $753.00
Inspection by City Forces, such bid being the lowest and said Robert W. Moore
being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby
is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City
officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City
of Saint Paul.
