tention of a RESERVE AMOUNT, for a period of one (1) year Prom the

well over one (1) year ago, although the one year period from t,he

hace been egpended by the City for any maintenance , or repairs

RESOLVED, that the amount of the RESERVE w�tbheld on the hereinafter
