RESOLVfs'D, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for the Re-alignment and lining of Battle
Creek to KARL DEDOLPH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY in accordance wi.th City plans and
specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid �8504 of said Karl
Dedolph Construction Company for the contract price of $24,359.00, plus $1,948.72
Engineering and plus $487.18 Inspection by City Forces, such bid being the lowest
�
and said Karl Dedolph Construction Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder
and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form
of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to
execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
