AUTHORIZATION OF LOCAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS

In the matter of grading and surfacing with bituminous material the alley in
Hagerman�s Subdivision of Block 41, Lake Como Villas, from Hatch Avenue to Orchard
Avenue under Preliminary Order 200934, approved February 21, 1961, and Final
Order No. 202549, approved June 13, 1961 .
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications as submitted for the above named
improvement be and the same are hereby approved and the Corrmissioner of Public
Works be and he is hereby directed to do the work at an estimated cost of $2,348.00
by City forces and that the Purchasing Pigent proceed to secure the necess�ry mater-
ials, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the cost of the above named improvement including en-
gineering and inspection expenses amounting to $235.00 or a total of $2,583.00 be
assessed against the benefited property.
