therefor and hereby awards contract for the construction of the Summit Avenue
Bridge over the Short Line Road and the Tracks of the Chicabo, Milwaukee,
�St, Paul & Pacific Railway (Rlunicipal �State Aid Pro,ject No. 62-203-01)
I17.H.D. Bridge No. 62504, to ASHB�ICH COI�STRi}CCTION�'iCOivIPANY in accordance with
City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal gid
�fR488 of said Ashbach Construction Company for the contract pricel of �395,OOS.38
(at unit prices bid) , plus �9ater Dept. Charges $5�000.00, plus '�nbineering
�31,600.00 and plus Inspection $7�J00.00 by Ci�y Forces, such bid being the
lowest and said Ashbach Construction Company being a reas�nable and reliable
bidder and the Corporation Counsel be a nd hereby is directed to draw up the
proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are
authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of 5t. Paul.
