RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for Curbing the nor.th side of Charles Avenue
from Aldine Street to Fry Street to GLADITSCH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY in accordance
with City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid
�8502 of said Gladitsch Construction Company for the contract price of $1,694.00,
plus Engineering $135.00 and plus $34.00 �nspection by City Forces, such bid
being the lowest and said Gladitsch Construction Company being a reasonable and
reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw
up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby
are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
