• RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for Curbing the south side of Belvidere
Street from Gorman Avenue to Hall Avenue to GLADITSCH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY in
accordance wi.th City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the
Formal Bid ��8501 of said Gladitsch Construction Company for the contract price
of $2,033.00, plus $163.00 Engineering and plus $40.00 Inspection by City Forces,
such bid being the lowest and said Gladitsch Construction Company being a
reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is
directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City
officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City
. of Saint Paul.
