therefor and hereby awards contract for Curbing and Gutter on both sides of Sheldon
Avenue from Arlington Avenue to Nebraska Avenue to PEDERSON BROTI�RS in accordance
with City plans and specifications therefor hereto �attached and the Formal Bid ��8498
of said Pederson Brothers for the contract price of $4,154.00, plus $332.00
Engineering and plus $83.00 Inspection by City Forces, such bid being the lowest and
• said Pederson Brothers being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation
�
Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor,
and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on
behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
