Avenue from Lexington Avenue to Dunlap Street to GLADITSCH CONSTRUCTION CONI�'ANY
in accordance with City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the
Formal Bid ��8499 of said Gladitsch Construction Company for the contract price of
$3,130.15, plus $250.00 Engineering and plus $63.00 Inspection by City Forces,

such bid being the lowest and said Gladitsch Construction Company being a
reasonable and reliable bidder and Che Corporation Counsel be and hereby is
directed to draw up�the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City
officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City
