which contract was dated the 28th day of September, 1960, and
under an amendment to said contract for deed dated the lOth day
of April, 1961, has paid to the City of Sa.int Paul the f�,i.11
purak�ase price as provided by said contract for deed, as amended,
and pursuant �o the p�ovisions of said contract for deed, as
amended, is entitled to a conveyance by warranty deed from the
City of Saint Paul of the following described tracts or parcels '
of land:
Lots two (2) and fifteen (15), Block two (2),
South Ba.ttle Creek Heights, according to the .
plat thereof on file and of record in the -
office of the Register of Deeds in and for

RESOLVED, That the proper City officers of the City of �� �

deed to R and W Realty Co. to the aforementioned tracts or parcels
of land, sub�ect to the covenants, provisions and restrictions se�E
forth in the aforesaid contract for deed dated September 28, 1g60,
