The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, a.nd the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends ia to caastruct a seWer
for at�orm Water purposea in the Horth and 3outh a.1't,�y ia Flint�s Re. of C. �. Mackubin's
3ub.� frc�m the Eaat and �st alley to the exiating seirer in Magnolia Av+e.
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $�•1�2•80
" • Resolned Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 3� day of
October, 19�1 , at the hour of 10 dclock A. M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
sa.id meeting to the persona and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hea,ring, the nature of the improvement a.nd the tota.l cost thereof as estimated.
