A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice, �and the Council having

therefore, be it

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the following land, lande or easementa therein be and the eame are
hereby ordered to be taken, appropriated and condemned for the purpoae of malflng said improvemente, viz.:
For slbpes, cuts and fills, including right of removal of lateral support
from subject land or remainder thereof occasioned by excavations thereof or construc-
tion of slopes in grading and surfacing with bituminous material the alley in
Block 3, Oakland Park from Pierce Street to Aldine Street to the extent shown on
the plan on file in the office of the Commissioner of Public Worl�s.
ftESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commiseioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and •
directed to prepare plans and epecifications for said improvement, and the proper city off'icials are hereby
