• RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Co�nittee
therefor and hereby awards contract for the Grading of Mechanic Avenue from Hazel
Street to White Bear ,�venue; Van Dyke Street from Ames Avenue to Mechanic Avenue; ,
also Construct a Sewer in Mechanic Avenue from Hazel Street to 25' E. of White Bear
Avenue to PETER LAMETTI CONSTRUCTION COMPANY in accordance with City plans and
specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid �8493 of said Peter
Lametti Construction Company for the contract price of $22,351.00, plus $1,788.00
Engineering and plus $447.00 Inspection by City Forces, such bid being the lowest
and said Peter Lametti Construction Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder
and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form
of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to
execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
